✅Avoid blue light, the light of devices, at least 2 hours before go to bed. The blue light of phones and iPad tricks your brain and interfere with melatonin release, the hormone that makes you sleep is a vampire hormone it needs darkness to thrive.

✅Don’t watch psychological intense series just before going to bed. Stay away from “You” during the week.
