    We'll go through your health history, current fitness level, injuries, lifestyle and goals. This is where I get to know your body and map out your plan.

    Your first training session

    We get straight into it — focused, personalised, and built around exactly where you are today. Please bring a towel and a water bottle. No overwhelm, no intimidation. Just good work.

I've been training women on the Northern Beaches for over 10 years. I've watched the fitness industry fail women in midlife — handing them the same programs as 25-year-old bodies and wondering why it doesn't work.

I built Odara specifically to fix that. Every program I write is designed around the hormonal reality of being a woman in your 40s, 50s or 60s — including perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, sleep disruption, joint changes and the way your body recovers differently now.

Questions about in-person training at Brookvale

We're at 27 Dale Street, Brookvale NSW 2100 — with private parking available on site.
Absolutely. Most of my clients are new to structured training or returning after a long break. Your program is designed around where you are right now.
Yes. Knee issues, bad backs, shoulders, hip replacements — I work around injuries every day. We do a full assessment before any training starts so I know exactly what we're working with.
For 30-min sessions, you warm up on your own and we spend the full 30 minutes on focused training work. For 45-min sessions, the warm-up is included and we have more time to work on technique and a wider range of movements. Both are equally effective.
No lock-in contracts. All personal training is direct debit weekly via Ezidebit. You can pause or stop when you need to.
Please bring a towel and a water bottle. Everything else is provided at the studio.
My specialisation is built specifically for women 40+ navigating perimenopause and menopause. This is who I do my best work with.
You can combine in-person sessions with my online coaching program, or do online-only if in-person doesn't suit your schedule. We'll figure out what works best on your free consultation.
